Working hard or hardly working
It has been a fun two weeks of brewing coffee, cleaning and getting to know all of you at The Arc. On behalf of myself and Cooper, Jasmine and Laura I want to say THANK YOU for such an amazing welcoming. We are so happy to be part of the Arc community and are looking forward to getting to know you better.
The work-in-progress idea of getting to know the space and the community before diving in with our ideas has its challenges. Every week we set out with lofty goals and end up making more muffins than progress (don't stop please!). We are making progress_ and more muffins.
While the restaurant and menu ideas are still swirling in the blurry kind of way that only ideas do, we are learning alot. I am happy to hear the positive comments about the food, coffee and pretty girls (you know who you are). We have a few immediate plans to help us get to know you a little better including a pancake breakfast and a short online survey.
